SKILL DEVELOPMENT AT PAGER JUNIOR SCHOOLS IS KEY

While academics and education are important for a successful life, at Pager Junior Schools, we believe that pupils also need skills that can keep them afloat in their life. Skills like discipline, time-management, life skills, etc are skills instilled in our children during their stay with us.

Cultural, economic and societal change create a need for different approaches to education. Globalization, which is increasing international interdependence, and the creation of new knowledge, and the obsolescence of older knowledge, means that teachers and pupils alike must be open to change and new opportunities and that's what we believe in at Pager Junior Schools.

Effective practical skills training at Pager Junior Schools typically incorporate three key components: hands-on learning experiences, real-world case studies, and opportunities for reflection and feedback. These components work synergistically to provide our pupils with a holistic learning experience that prepares them for the challenges they will face beyond the classroom.

The development of practical skills also plays a crucial role in fostering essential life skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability. By working collaboratively on projects, learners at Pager Junior Schools learn how to effectively communicate their ideas, resolve conflicts, and leverage each other’s strengths to achieve common goals. These interpersonal skills are invaluable in today’s interconnected world, where the ability to work effectively with others is highly prized in both academic and professional settings.
